We have made it! We made it to the end of the financial year and half way through 2020! How are you feeling with everything we have had to deal with so far this year? It has certainly been different to other years. Yet I believe as individuals and as a community we have had an opportunity to remember what things are important and how to look after each again.

I realise that for some it has been incredibly hard and will still be that way for some time. If this is you, please reach out and ask for help. There will always be someone who will help you.

I felt it was a great reminder to keep taking small action. The action doesn’t have to be one big thing to produce a result…And by taking many smaller actions, it will be more sustainable in the long term.
