While a designer brings the vision to life, I’m the one who organises the magic, making sure your creative documents are polished, your templates are a breeze to use, and your brand looks professional and consistent. It’s all about making your creative process simple and effective, so you can get back to doing what you love.

If it’s an admin task you have been meaning to get to but never have the time, chances are, I can help! This includes things like creating custom Canva templates for your social media, polishing presentations, editing documents, or even organising your digital files so everything is neat and tidy.

While Canva is my absolute favourite, I’m a wiz with general business admin too! My mission is to help you streamline your day-to-day operations, which means I can also assist with general admin, proofreading, and making sure your systems are working smoothly.

Absolutely! I’m a proud Canvassador, which means I love nothing more than sharing my knowledge. I offer one-on-one coaching sessions as well as workshops and training for teams. My goal is to empower you to feel confident and creative when you are using the platform.

We start with a free 15-minute chat to talk about your needs. From there, we figure out a plan that works best for you—whether it’s a one-off project or a long-term partnership. Once we are all set, I’ll take those tasks off your plate, and you can focus on the big picture.

Depending on the service or project you select, it will depend on what access I need. For example, if I am creating a new email marketing template for your newsletter I will need access to your email marketing software only.

If you are not comfortable with technology I can coach you through a Zoom call to set up any necessary access points.

To access certain programs and systems on your behalf I will need to be able to login in remotely. Some systems will allow you to create another login and set permissions.

Any passwords that are shared with me I store in an app called Bitwarden. This is a safe and secure way to share passwords with me as well, rather than putting it in an email. (Bitwarden has a free version too!)
