The term “Virtual Assistant” (or VA for short) is a broad term that covers a wide range of tasks or services that can be offered. A Virtual Assistant is usually a self-employed contractor, working from home (virtually/online) to provide a remote service to other businesses.
These tasks are generally administration based and may include tasks such as social media content creation and management, copy writing, document formatting, document transcription, proofreading, data entry, graphic design, creating templates, email marketing, blog posting and website edits.
As a virtual assistant I work behind the scenes getting all the tasks done that you have been putting off and to do this I use a variety of apps and tools.
