Today I wanted to share my favourite thing I use to help with content creation.
If you are following me on Facebook and Instagram @craftyfoxbydesign, you may have noticed that I share a variety of images. Some are of me and some are other photos and text. The program I use to make these is called Canva.
If you haven’t heard of Canva before, it is a fantastic tool. There are many different preset templates for social media and other presentations, as well as the ability to use custom dimensions. There is access to a variety of photographs, icons, vectors, fonts and elements. (And this is just with the free version!)
Designing can be done on the desktop or on the go with their mobile/tablet app. With the way the accounts are set up, you can start a project on one device and then pick it up from another device. Very handy if you suddenly have a great idea and you are out and about.
Canva also has integrations with Mailchimp, online storage, options to print business cards, brand kit, and much more. Canva also have a paid version which gives you access to a wider range of tools, graphics and templates.
This is my go-to whenever I need to create a graphic. It allows me to customise their templates to match my own brand colours. This helps to inject my personality and keep my content “on brand”.
I’d love to hear if you use Canva and what your favourite feature is. Let me know by leaving a comment below. Happy designing!
PS: This is not a sponsored post I just really like Canva! But I do have a referral link, meaning that if you want to try it out and click the link and create an account, we both earn Canva credits that can be redeemed for premium elements.
